Office Cleaning Policies

The natural disinfectant used to clean surfaces is registered with the EPA, on the approved CDC list, and is being used as directed. The ingredients are effective and safe and do not contain harmful chemicals.
In addition, we diffuse essential oils shown to have anti-viral, anti-bacterial and immune supporting qualities.
All surfaces that are potentially touched (ie light switches, door knobs, handles, bathroom fixtures, etc) are properly disinfected between each client. At the end of each workday, floors are mopped and carpets are vacuumed.
Massage tables are disinfected between each client.
All linens are changed with each client. They are cleaned with proper protocol for viral destruction. This is NOT a new policy, but a reiteration of what we’ve always done.

After booking your session either via phone or our online system, your appointment will be confirmed at the email we have on file. This email will contain a list of procedures for your session. Please read and be prepared for this new protocol.
Your reminder email will arrive 48 hours before your session. It includes a link for a health survey. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE HEALTH SURVEY BEFORE EVERY APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED INTO YOUR SESSION WITHOUT COMPLETION.
IF YOU ARE FEELING ILL, IN ANY WAY, PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT. Appointments cancelled for illness will not be charged our cancellation fee. No show appointments will still be charged a fee.
Please remember to bring your mask, as you will be asked to wear your mask while in the office, and during your session.

When you arrive, PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR AND AWAIT OUR TEXT OR PHONE CALL TO COME IN. You will be wearing your mask as you enter the building and the office.
Friends and family of the client will not be allowed to wait in the waiting room, unless they are a guardian/parent of the client.
Before entering the office, your temperature will be taken and you will use hand sanitizer.
You will go directly to the treatment room or restroom, if necessary.
Your therapist will be wearing a mask the entirety of your visit and eye protection during your session.
Their hands will be properly washed or sanitized after touching any surface before touching you.

Preferred method of payment is by credit card, if possible. The iPad payment device is disinfected between each client.
If you show any symptoms of illness, IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US.
